Custodial Services
- What day-to-day routine office cleaning tasks are conducted by custodial services?
Workspaces are cleaned once per week. Standard office cleaning tasks include emptying trash/recycling bins (daily), light dusting, and vacuuming.
- How do I request additional custodial services?

- If I am having a special event, can I get custodial services?

- How do I report a pest problem (i.e. ants, bees, etc.)?
Furniture
- How do I get rid of office furniture?
- Read the Material Acceptance Guidelines to find out what SWAP accepts.
- Submit removal requests through the SWAP Surplus Request Form.

- How do I update my office address?
Contact your division’s HR business partner.
Maintenance Service Requests
- How do I obtain a new office key or replace one that was lost?
Complete and submit a Key Issue Form. We may have an extra key on-hand. If not, we will submit a key request on your behalf.
- Do I need to be onsite when the repair technician arrives?
This depends on the request. After the maintenance technician contacts you about your work order, the technician will let you know whether you need to be onsite or not.
- Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns about my maintenance work order requests?
- What if I need to edit or cancel a previously submitted work order?

- How do I check the status of my work order?

MFCB Lost and Found
- Where is the MFCB Lost and Found?
The MFCB Lost and Found drop box is located in the mailroom on the first floor between the mailboxes and entrance to the loading dock. If you need to check the Lost and Found, email Jennifer Pulley at jp5@medicine.wisc.edu.
