More About the DOM Helpdesk

The DOM Helpdesk is the hub and first place to go to for questions about ordering and setup of computers, recommendations for systems and applications that are compliant with university standards, and more.

Department of Medicine Helpdesk (DOM IT) serves as the primary support for multiple departments, institutes, and centers within the School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH). Support is provided over the phone, remotely and on-site in campus buildings by appointment.

The helpdesk is staffed with technology experts who are familiar with the complex technology needs for faculty and staff that collaborate with researchers globally and use systems and applications provided by campus, UW Health, and the VA Hospital.
