The Department of Medicine has established the Resident and Fellow Research Projects list to increase awareness of available research opportunities and to enhance the research productivity of residents and fellows. This effort will not only advance the department’s academic contributions but also potentially provide a valuable pool of researchers for future faculty recruitment.

The list serves as a repository for ongoing or recent research projects by fellows and residents. It also acts as a searchable database for IRB-approved, lab, or animal-based projects where DOM faculty are looking for resident or fellow collaborators.

Ideally, faculty should add projects to the list during late spring or early summer, but it will remain available for additions throughout the year.

Projects may be added by using this Google form. Note: to access the form, users must log in to Google with a “@wisc.edu” NetID. Users can find further instructions about this process at the top of the Resident and Fellow Research Projects list, linked above.

Submitted projects will require annual review or deletion. Notifications will be sent annually to project submitters.
