Note: Subscribing to calendars can only be done through the online version of Outlook. Once subscribed, events will appear on desktop and mobile app versions.
1. Choose a calendar
Click one of the links below to automatically copy it. Step 2 will show you where to paste the link.
All DOM Calendars: webcal://www.medicine.wisc.edu/calendar/department.ics
Administration Calendar: webcal://www.medicine.wisc.edu/calendar/administration.ics
Education Calendar: webcal://www.medicine.wisc.edu/calendar/education.ics
Research Calendar: webcal://www.medicine.wisc.edu/calendar/research.ics
2. Subscribe
1. Log in to your online Outlook account.
2. In the upper left, click on the Calendar icon.

3. Below the calendar, click "Add calendar."

4. Select "Subscribe from web."

5. Paste in the calendar link that you copied. Name the calendar and choose a color.

6. Click "Import."
7. Close the "Add Calendar" box.
8. Open Outlook on your desktop and select the calendar. Click the circle icon to display it with your other calendars.
