  • Broadly relevant to DOM audiences beyond your division or group
  • DOM-organized unless otherwise noted
  • Open to anyone with the event info

These may include:

  • CME events and Grand Rounds
  • Education or research conferences with a truly multidisciplinary audience
  • Faculty candidate presentations for division chiefs or other major leadership positions

Do not submit events that are: 

  • Narrowly focused on your division, lab or program
  • Closed or for a specific audience
  • Confidential or sensitive

These may include:

  • Educational conferences just for your trainees or subspecialty faculty 
  • Research seminars for a specific lab or that have a very narrow audience 
  • Administrative or social events just for your group

Event approval

The communications team is undergoing a phased rollout of the calendar and only select content partners have rights to submit events at this time.

If there is an event you think would be appropriate for the department calendar, please reach out to your division's designated content partner.
