Teaching in the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship

Fellows supervise internal medicine residents who rotate through the gastroenterology and hepatology clinics. This includes overseeing cases first evaluated by the residents, and providing some of the formal teaching.

Fellows also teach in the gastroenterology curriculum for University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health MD students.

Educator Development

The Department of Medicine's Fellow Medical Education (FAME) Training Track trains fellows to become effective clinician-teachers and scholars.
