Professional Activities
Douglas Kopp is a faculty member in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine within the Department of Medicine. Dr. Kopp was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago from 1994-2001 before joining the UW clinical faculty 2001 as an Associate Professor of Medicine and served as the founding Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory until 2006. He is now Director of the Electrophysiology Fellowship Program at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Kopp's clinical and research interests are focus on device cardiac therapy, including resynchronization (biventricular devices), ICDs and His-bundle pacing.
