Dr. John Juozevicius is a faculty member in the Division of Rheumatology within the Department of Medicine. As a clinician, he treats patients for a variety of rheumatological diseases and disorders. Dr. Juozevicius is a fellow in the American College of Physicians, a founding fellow of the American College of Rheumatology, and a member of the Lithuanian-American Medical Association. His medical education endeavors include teaching topics in musculoskeletal systems to students pursuing medical degree (MD) and physician assistant (PA) degrees, and serving as a Rheumatology Clinic attending physician for residency programs trainees in internal medicine, family medicine, dermatology, and orthopedics and rehabilitation. His lectures at state and regional medical conferences and continuing medical education activities have covered topics such as clinical management of gout, rheumatoid arthritis, and monoarticular arthritis.
Dr. Juozevicius’ clinical interests include gout, rheumatoid arthritis and related disorders (including septic arthritis and psoriatic arthritis), and lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus).
