Professional Activities

Dr. Johnson is a faculty member in the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in the Department of Medicine. She is a transplant pulmonologist with the multidisciplinary lung transplant team at the UW Health. Dr. Johnson is a member of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplant serving as a reviewer for case reports and abstracts. She has served as an invited speaker for regional conferences and lung transplant education.

Clinical Specialties

Dr. Johnson specializes in the complex care of patients with advanced lung disease prior to lung transplant and all aspects of management after lung transplant. She is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care.

Research

Dr. Johnson's research interests include quality improvement and clinical outcomes in lung transplant.
