Dr. "Pete" Gill is a faculty member in the Division of Hospital Medicine within the Department of Medicine. As a hospitalist, Dr. Gill focuses on providing care to adult patients in inpatient settings. He enjoys clinical education, including small-group clinical teaching with medical students. He is active in medical case reviews and multi-disciplinary case discussions. He is active in advancing UW Health's home-based hospital care program.
Dr. Gill cares for inpatients at University Hospital and East Madison Hospital, as well as inpatients in their own homes with UW Health's home-based hospital care program. His clinical interests include medically complex patient care, case review, cost-effectiveness, and teaching, including patient education.
