William Bradham, MS, MD, PhD

What is your primary professional focus in any or all of our mission areas (clinical, research, and/or medical education)?
My primary professional focus is clinical cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, and medical education. I have a research background that was basic/translational earlier in my medical education, and has evolved to become more clinical.
What drew you to UW-Madison and the Department of Medicine?
The professional opportunity, my coworkers, the lifestyle in Madison and Wisconsin.
What are you most excited about during your first year with the department in this role?
Learning to navigate the hospital without getting lost. Exploring Wisconsin.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Outdoor activities (hiking, camping, kayaking, sailing).
