Nadia Sweet, MD
Trowbridge Endowed Primary Care Chief Resident
Medical School: University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
What does being a chief mean to you?
I’m excited to step into a leadership role that strives to provide our primary care residents with the skills, confidence, knowledge and mindset to grow into excellent clinician leaders who thrive in the ever-changing outpatient setting.
What are you most looking forward to as chief?
I’m looking forward to being part of the curriculum transformation to an X+Y system, which will better prepare our residents for the ambulatory setting by increasing time in the outpatient environment and protecting didactic learning time.
What is your favorite part of the UW-Madison IM Residency?
I love the collegial environment that UW has to offer— not only among faculty teachers, but fellow residents as well!
