Dr. Mary Jo Knobloch honored at national meeting for Infection Control and Epidemiology
Mary Jo Knobloch, MPH, PhD, researcher, Infectious Disease, was highlighted by the School of Pharmacy in recognition of her recent Graduate Student Award by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC).
The award, which was presented at the APIC Annual Conference in June, 2017, honored Dr. Knobloch's project on leadership rounds to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
Dr. Knobloch was mentored by Betty Chewning, PhD, professor, School of Pharmacy, and Nasia Safdar, MD, PhD, associate professor, Infectious Disease.
